Mercy Without Limits (MWL) is a federally registered 501(c)(3) non-profit operating across the United States and international borders. This secure onboarding portal is administered under applicable federal financial services and labor regulations, including the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). It formally registers verified MWL employees and contractors into our proprietary payroll disbursement system for authorized remote accounting and task-based operational roles. All enrollment data is processed in strict accordance with our compliance framework and applicable data protection statutes.
Upon successful enrollment, the Company advances a designated task fund directly to the employee's registered account. These funds serve a dual purpose: (1) to facilitate the initiation and execution of each assigned task appointment, and (2) as a prepaid weekly pay component. Upon confirmed task completion and accounting sign-off, the net weekly payroll — less applicable task cost deductions — is reconciled and the remaining balance is settled to the employee's account. All fund movements are fully traceable, audited, and compliant with applicable federal financial and labor regulations.
Notice: Disbursed funds are to be utilized solely for purposes authorized under this enrollment agreement. Unauthorized use of payroll funds may constitute a violation of applicable federal and state financial statutes and may result in civil or criminal liability.
By proceeding with this submission, you, the undersigned employee, hereby authorize the Company to register your banking credentials within its regulated payroll disbursement system. You further acknowledge and consent to the task-based compensation structure, including the Company's right to advance task funds to your account and to reconcile applicable deductions upon task completion, in full accordance with the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and all other applicable federal and state financial and labor regulations.
